Every order follows a clear, documented process — from the moment you contact us to the day steel arrives at your port.
You send us your requirements — product type, grade, quantity, destination port, and timeline. Our team reviews your specifications, confirms the right grade for your market and environment, and responds with availability and initial pricing within 24 hours.
We approach our certified mill partners to confirm stock availability, production schedules, and pricing for your exact specification. A formal commercial quote is issued with full product details, applicable certifications, and port-to-port lead time.
Once you confirm the order, a purchase agreement and Letter of Credit or advance payment is arranged. We simultaneously prepare all trade documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin, and the Mill Test Certificate (EN 10204 Type 3.1).
The mill produces or allocates your order to specification. Every heat batch undergoes chemical composition testing, mechanical property verification (yield strength, UTS, elongation), and dimensional checks. Full traceability is maintained from cast number to delivery.
An independent third-party inspector — SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek — physically inspects the goods at the mill or warehouse before loading. They verify quantity, dimensions, surface condition, markings, and cross-check against the Mill Test Certificate. A Pre-Shipment Inspection Report is issued.
Steel is loaded onto the vessel — bulk carrier or container, depending on quantity and destination. We coordinate the freight forwarder, obtain the Bill of Lading, arrange full marine cargo insurance, and send you a complete shipping document package including packing list and B/L copy.
We support you through customs clearance at your destination port — providing all required documentation for import: Certificate of Origin, MTC, commercial invoice, packing list, and inspection reports. Once cleared, the material is yours. We remain available for any post-delivery technical queries.
